The agricultural activity from which Ozu was founded is actually wider and takes forms ranging from breeding livestock to cereal cultivation, from horticulture to family cheese production. It is here, on the farm inherited from our grandfather Basilio Corrias, we have been producing and trading for four generations a unique extra virgin olive oil, an authentic expression of their savoir faire. The relationship of care for the land allows us to produce a sublime elixir, to taste and savor with all the senses.

The olive-growing activity promoted by our company has developed in contrast to the intensive olive cultivation carried out today. In the company's vision, inspired by a local ecosystem principle, we take care of the natural resources of the land following the criteria of organic cultivation.

The oil mill is currently home to several initiatives that involve and combine the agricultural and food sector with the cultural one. The projects of OZU "Cultural Oil Mill of Montiferru" and "Sensory Garden" are a multifunctional space that hosts various activities related to the promotion and enhancement of the land in line with four main themes: Landscape, Gastronomy, Culture and Wellness.
